Night Front Desk Winter Seasonal Staff Job Overview The Overnight Front Desk staff performs day-to-day night front desk duties, working collaboratively to enhance service quality for owners and guests at Setsu Niseko, ensuring an exemplary hospitality experience. Responsibilities and Duties - Handle check-ins and check-outs. - Process cash transactions and confirm bills. - Maintain cleanliness of onsens, ensuring they are properly touched up. - Patrol the hotel to ensure safety and security. - Handle emergencies as they arise. - Respond to inquiries and requests from owners and guests via phone calls and emails. Reports to: Setsu Niseko Front Desk Duty Manager Qualifications and Requirements - Understand Setsu Niseko’s customer service vision and commit to its implementation. - Be a flexible, inspirational, and proactive team player. - Enjoy working with numbers and have attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with precision. - Consistently punctual and considerate towards colleagues. - Native or business-level English required; conversational Japanese is a plus. - Must have a valid visa to work in Japan. - Possession of a valid Japanese Driving License or International Driving Permit is necessary. Standard Working Hours - 9 hours per day (with a 1-hour break); shifts scheduled between 20:00-08:00, 5 days a week. - Hours may increase during high occupancy periods. Contract Period - From Nov 12, 2025, to Mar 31, 2026. Hourly Wage - To Be Updated (Previous winter season rates ranged from ¥1,550 – ¥1,650, with 25% extra for late-night hours, from 22:00 to 5:00, excluding break time).
